Terms & Conditions:
- Services Included (Door-to-Door): Costs cover full packing services, loading, inland transport in Istanbul, international freight, customs clearance in Turkey and the UAE, and final delivery in Dubai.
- Packing Service Details: Construction of one wooden pallet (160x110x30 cm) for TV, mirrors, and frames; packing of furniture, beds, and boxes with necessary materials such as bubble wrap, edge protectors, stretch film, and required labeling.
- Customs Duties: Duties for personal effects are zero. However, if customs authorities deem the goods to be commercial, any applicable duties based on the customs declaration will be charged to the client.
- Insurance: The quoted prices include carrier's liability insurance (CMR for road and maritime laws for sea freight), where compensation is based on weight, not the value of the goods. The client has the option to purchase supplementary cargo insurance covering the full value of the goods (All Risks - Clause A). The cost for this insurance can be calculated and added to the quotation upon request.
- Services Not Included: Any potential taxes, and storage charges exceeding the free period at customs are not included.
- Required Documents: A detailed Packing List, a copy of the cargo owner's passport, and a Power of Attorney granted to the customs broker to create a customs code for the individual in the origin and destination countries.
- Payment Terms: 50% of the total amount upon confirmation of the order, with the remaining balance due before the issuance of shipping documents.
