Gold Guarantee:

  • Availability: The Gold Guarantee is available upon request of the cargo owner. This means that the customer must contact Asadi Express and request the Gold Guarantee.
  • Coverage: The Gold Guarantee covers theft, damage, sinking, breakage, and loss of cargo. This is a comprehensive guarantee that covers a wide range of risks.
  • Requirements: To be eligible for the Gold Guarantee, the cargo must be packed and packaged by Asadi Express or approved by the company’s experts. The cost of packaging must also be paid from the beginning.
  • Insurance cost: The insurance cost for the Gold Guarantee is calculated according to the invoice approved by the company and the packing list.

Silver Guarantee:

  • Availability: The Silver Guarantee is a free service for Asadi Express customers. This means that there is no cost associated with the Silver Guarantee.
  • Coverage: The Silver Guarantee covers loss of cargo. This is a more limited guarantee than the Gold Guarantee, but it still provides some protection for customers.
  • Requirements: There are no requirements for the Silver Guarantee. Any cargo sent by Asadi Express is eligible for the Silver Guarantee.

Without Guarantee:

  • Availability: Customers who do not want to do export packaging or do not comply with the necessary rules for sending cargo are not covered by any guarantee. This means that Asadi Express is not responsible for any damage or loss to the cargo.
  • Requirements: There are no requirements for this category. Any customer who falls into this category is not eligible for any guarantee.

  • Yes, sending home appliances and packing at home by experienced staff and with different packing materials is required from the countries where there are Asadi Express branches.
  • Perishable foods need to be shipped in a refrigerated container
  • There must be a date on all packages.
  • Product contents must be printed on the product package post with details in English.
  • Health certificate and documents of the manufacturer to be presented to the customs of origin and health certificate approved in the country of origin to be presented to the customs of the destination country.
  • Invoice and full packing list of goods
  • Shipping small cargo by sea according to the route, from the date of departure to the arrival at the destination, about one to three weeks
  • Full container loads will be cleared and reach their destination much faster than small loads.
  • Air cargo, depending on the type of cargo and the customs process, may take between one to ten days.
